A Magical Morning

One early June morning a few years ago, I had the privilege of photographing one of ten fox kits resting on an old CN train log. For several days, I quietly watched and photographed these little beauties from my photography blind, always keeping my distance so I wouldn't disturb them. The Vixen was an incredible mother, constantly watching over her kits and taking such good care of them. Being able to witness those precious moments of their early lives was something I will never forget. There was something truly magical about sitting quietly in the blind, watching these little foxes play, explore, and rest together while their mother kept a watchful eye over them. Wildlife photography isn't always about the photograph. Sometimes, it's about being fortunate enough to witness a little piece of nature's story. Salisbury, New Brunswick
